I'll start it off...it was a combination of a few things: 1. my dad always talked about his '57 Chevy and took me to hot rod shows. 2. my sister started dating this guy who had a really sweet Cutlass. 3. my sister then dated a guy who had a lowered S-10 and after that I was hooked. I started dragging my dad to more shows, mostly shows like the Hot Rod Super Nats in Canfield, Ohio. I bought my first truck at 15, lowered it two weeks later and six months later took my drivers test in my 1987 lowered S-10. Two days later I went to my first truck club meeting and it's been snowballing ever since!

When I was 3 or 4, my dad was working on fully restoring a 1937 Packard. One of the only things that I remember when I was that age is the boh of us laying under the Packard, with him wrenching on something, and me banging on the back of the bumper saying "Am I fixing it dad?" Now, over 10-years and a father-son project (Supra) later, I'm a car nut.

For me it was my older brother. He was a car guy and made me help. I was hooked.

My Dad. He's always been into cars and still owns a 1970 Shelby GT350 and several other cars (mostly project cars) from the 60's-70's. I spent my whole childhood wrenching on one vehicle or another... whether we were installing a 351C-CJ in his '81 Bronco... converting his '85 F250 from 4x2 to 4x4... rebuilding a C6 transmission in his living room... hopping up the 2.8L V6 in my '84 Ranger... and now working on my Bronco, and I just started on a '68 Mustang with my wife. I've been bleeding Ford blue my whole life
